For Electric appliances, Mixers & Grinders, we do not provide any warranty for the products. These are manufactured by the brands in India and the product warranty is only applicable in India, however if the product is not working when received we will replace if you inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.
You can raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery, in either of the two ways. By sending an email to info@tropizest.co.uk with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 7 days of delivery or by calling our customer service number 03300885866. Please mention your order number in the email. By signing into your Tropizest account if you are a registered customer (Easy method).
Reverse pickup orders will initiate refund once the item is picked up by our courier partner and received by us.
We will refund when your item is back in warehouse. The refund amount will be credited within 3 to 5 working days in your account.Refund and Returns Policy
